Terms & Conditions – Video Analysis Service
Video Length
Each package covers a maximum of 45 minutes of footage.
For longer matches, please split your video into separate 45-minute uploads and purchase multiple packages.
If your footage cannot be split and is longer than 45 minutes, please get in touch with us for a customised quote.
Video Submission
Accepted formats: MP4, MOV, or links via Google Drive, Dropbox, or YouTube (Unlisted).
Videos must be clear and of reasonable quality to allow accurate analysis.
Turnaround Time
We aim to respond to all feedback within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your video.
Delays due to technical issues (e.g., inaccessible files) will be communicated by email.
Payment & Refunds
Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Refunds are not available once analysis has begun. If your video link is inaccessible and we cannot resolve the issue, a refund will be offered.
Usage of Content
All submitted videos remain your property.
We will not share or publish your footage without your prior permission.
Service Availability
This service is open to both members and non-members of Sankey Academy.
